
Who is behind Kairos Strength + Wellness?
Alex Hilborn, NASM-CPT
Alex, the head trainer at Kairos Strength + Wellness, has been studying human movement (Kinesiology) and staying up to date on the latest science backed fitness training for over 20 years. Equipped with a Diploma from Humber Polytechnic in Fitness and Health Promotion, he has further studied under other fitness professionals from the realms of CrossFit, Strength and Conditioning, Group Training, Zumba, Step Aerobics, spin and more.
Gaining exposure to so many different fitness regimens has allowed Alex to piece together several aspects from the most effective parts of these experiences along with NASM’s Optimum Performance Training (OPT) method to deliver an all encompassing, individualized training plan that meets you exactly where you’re currently at and progressively challenges you to move stronger and be healthier.
