Who does Kairos cater to?
Kairos Strength + Wellness is catered to older adults who are in the stages of life where you have more free time on your hands. Most seniors who are thinking of retirement or already there have dreams of achieving a balance between relaxation and engagement. Kairos is here to guide you through individualized exercise sessions so that you feel your best and keep up with your dreams!
What are your operating hours?
We operate from 9:30 AM to 6 PM, Monday to Friday. 10:30 AM to 4 PM on Saturday. We’re closed on Sunday. Holiday hours may vary, so please work with your trainer’s schedule on those dates.
How does it all work?
Send us an email at [email protected] stating you would like to set up a FREE 1 on 1 consultation. Kairos will get you in touch with a trainer so you can schedule a time to come have a chat about your goals.
From there, your trainer will place you into the appropriate stage of the OPT program and tailor a plan for your chosen package.
First Session: Your first session will be used to gage how your body moves and where your main areas for improvement are. A series of bodyweight exercises and assessments will determine how your longer term plan will be modified to progress towards a stronger more confident body.
When can I expect results?
Great question! Well, here at Kairos we’re committed to seeing your results just as much as you!
Simple – how dedicated are you to making a true Lifestyle Change?
Using our proven OPT method, most clients can expect to start our “strength + endurance” phase within 2-6 weeks. Meaning, the more effort and consistency you show us through the learning/stabilizing phase, the quicker we can move on to making your body respond under load, that’s where the magic starts to happen!
Is there a commitment?
Sort of! Not to sound vague but we can’t force you to show up.
Could you spare 2 hours per week to build a confident & strong body?
If you choose to pay on a per-session basis, we ask that you reserve 2 sessions per week so that we can keep you on schedule to reach your goals.
Our training packages not only save you money, they’re built so that all you have to do is show up twice per week and we do all the other heavy-lifting 😉 – but seriously, just show up, bring a good attitude to learn and adapt and the results will come in abundance.
What if I can’t make my time or decide to cancel entirely?
If you cannot make your scheduled session time, please inform your trainer no-less than 24hrs in advance. No fees or rescheduling fee apply.
If you need to make a change less than 24hrs before your scheduled session, there will be a 50% charge of your hourly rate.
If you are a no-show and you fail to advise your trainer, the full hourly rate will have to be paid before your next session.
TERMINATION OF CONTRACT
Deposits are final – The initial payment to start a personal training package is non-refundable. Any further “weekly payments” will not be charged. This will be explained thoroughly during your FREE consultation.
